Amberside Advisors Ltd is pleased to have supported Equitix in their recent smart meter transaction with Calisen.
Having provided operational modelling and reforecasting support to Equitix in relation to their smart meter portfolio, Amberside moved on to assist Equitix’s deal team as they looked to agree a valuation for the purposes of the transaction with Calisen.
MapleCo is an owner of domestic gas and electricity smart meters, located wholly within the UK. Smart meters work by sending regular meter readings to energy suppliers, enabling customers to be charged more precisely for the energy they have used. Their roll out is part of a national commitment to reducing energy usage in the UK.
