Energy transition

We help clients develop and commercialise their energy transition opportunities and close transactions, across a range of low carbon technologies.

Investing in ‘place-based’ solutions is the most economic pathway to achieving the UK government’s net zero target by 2050. These initiatives result in integrated approaches that involve smarter, flexible energy systems which span multiple vectors such as heat, power, waste, transport, and building efficiency. However, such complex approaches are both commercially and financially challenging.

We are the first practice in the sector to offer comprehensive commercial and financial advisory (and modelling) solutions, which combines industry experience with our financial expertise well-established across the infrastructure sector, to develop and commercialise your decentralised energy opportunities and close the transaction, to get “assets in the ground”.  We have a unique depth of expertise across the public and private decentralised energy sectors, including direct involvement with a wide array of investors.
