Since joining Amberside Advisors in 2013, Philip has worked on PPP, renewable and data centre projects located throughout Europe, with some projects in North American and Africa.
He has worked on all stages of an infrastructure asset’s lifecycle, from feasibility and funding close, operational reporting, variation and refinancing, acquisition and sell-side, and to project termination or asset handback, with experience in SoPC4 PPP transactions.
While doing so, he has a focus on understanding, adapting, and explaining complex transactions and mechanisms to clients, funders and other stakeholders. This combined experience has led to Philip providing financial modelling training to institutions in Cote d’Ivoire and UK. He has Chartered Management Accountant status, and a Master’s degree in Physics, and works from the London office.
