We are always looking for gifted, motivated graduates in the UK to join our Global Graduate Scheme, working alongside your fellow graduates and colleagues across the US, Canada, India, Italy, Colombia and more. Steer UK is divided into three businesses, Steer, Steer Economic Development (ED) and Amberside Advisors. Upon completion of the recruitment process, all graduates will be designated to a business unit that aligns with their career interest and is reflective of the company needs. However, regardless of placement, all will have the ability to work across markets and divisions as they continue their journey at Steer.

When you join Amberside Advisors you get to choose which path you want to take:
Qualification pathway
Alongside your on-the-job training, we will provide you with a fully funded accountancy qualification (ACA/CIMA) with some paid time off for study leave.
Non-Qualification pathway
A personalised development programme that will provide you with the relevant in-house training in order for you to develop the skills you require to grow and perform in your role.

My story
I joined Amberside Advisors in November 2022 after graduating with a BSc in Management with Finance from Warwick Business School. During my time at university, I developed a keen interest in finance and was eager to see such knowledge translated into practice. Joining Amberside Advisors has allowed me to do just that, whilst giving me the opportunity to immerse myself in world of project finance, learn about a variety of sectors, and exponentially increase my knowledge of financial modelling.
My time at Amberside Advisors
Throughout the past 6 months, I have been fortunate to work on projects ranging from Renewables to Public Private Partnerships, and to perform a variety of tasks including auditing, assurance, and most importantly, modelling. This diversity, coupled with a sense of continuous learning, have allowed my time at Amberside Advisors to be equally challenging and intellectually stimulating!

Nonetheless, I cannot dismiss the importance of the human factor at Amberside Advisors, which has been the highlight of my journey here.
