Tanya Dhameja joins Amberside Advisors as a Senior Consultant

We are delighted to announce Tanya Dhameja joining the Amberside Advisors team as a Senior Consultant based in Mumbai, India.

Tanya joins us from Two Point O capital, where she worked as a Commercial Manager, looking after investment and commercial due diligence for Cooling-as-a-Service (CaaS) and Water-as-a-Service (WaaS) transactions. 

Prior to this, she worked at Reliance Industries Limited as a Finance Business Partner in the CFO Office, where she was responsible for structuring and evaluating investment proposals in the Compressed Biogas (CBG) sector across multi-state renewable energy projects. She also previously held Assistant Manager position at Deloitte.

Tanya holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai and is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She brings extensive experience in project finance, investment evaluation and M&A advisory across the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. Her expertise includes financial modelling, transaction due diligence and policy incentive analysis, alongside experience in IFRS/Ind-AS advisory.

At Amberside Advisors, Tanya will work across our financial modelling and commercial advisory teams, as well as with Steer India. With this appointment, Amberside Advisors is entering a new phase of closer collaboration with Steer’s team in India, building on the strong foundations established to date and looking forward to exploring new joint opportunities in the energy transition space together.
