Phillip Gallacher

Phillip brings over a decade of experience across financial modelling, valuations, and renewable energy advisory, with particular expertise in the UK solar market. His experience spans fund valuations, investor reporting, financial analysis, and the development of complex financial models supporting investment and strategic decision-making.

Phillip started his career at Amberside Advisors, where he spent four years building financial models across a range of infrastructure and energy projects. He later joined Amberside Valuations, developing expertise in fund valuations and investor reporting, before moving to Amberside Energy where he strengthened his knowledge of the UK renewables market, particularly solar development. Phillip has since re-joined Amberside Advisors as part of the wider Steer Group, attracted by the opportunity to support the growth of the business across new markets, sectors, and geographies.

At Amberside Advisors, Phillip supports clients across the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors through financial modelling, valuations, and advisory services, helping strengthen the team’s modelling capability and valuations offering.

Phillip is also a qualified CIMA accountant.
