Rosie Strong

Rosie joined Amberside Advisors in 2023 as a consultant. Her work focuses on financial modelling, as well as commerical and financial advisory, particularly for renewable energy and decarbonisation projects as well as the public sector. She has experience across a range of aspects of financial modelling, from building operational and financial close models to review and testing, having recently worked on models for solar portfolios and carbon capture infrastructure. She is also familiar with the process of researching and writing strategy reports and business cases, most recently supporting the long term transport strategy of a local council and the decarbonisation of an NHS trust. Alongside this, she is working towards an accountancy qualification.

Prior to joining us, Rosie graduated from the University of Cambridge with a degree in Natural Sciences, where she specialised in ecology and plant sciences, including producing a literature review on the state of ecosystem resilience globally. In her spare time, she is training for a triathlon and enjoys travelling, hiking and going to concerts.
