Sonali Mittal Dadu

Sonali Mittal Dadu is a Senior Manager in Amberside Advisors' Financial Modelling team, bringing more than 15 years of experience in financial modelling, infrastructure finance and investment analysis, with particular expertise across PPP/PFI, renewables and wider infrastructure sectors.

Sonali supports investors, lenders and infrastructure operators on complex modelling assignments, including investment decisions, refinancings, restructurings and asset valuations. Her experience spans infrastructure, energy transition and renewable assets across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and APAC, combining deep technical modelling expertise with extensive experience in model audit and assurance.

Before joining Amberside Advisors, Sonali held a number of senior leadership positions across the infrastructure and energy sectors. Most recently, she was Head of Financial Modelling at UPP, having previously served as Associate Director at Jinko Power. Prior to this, she spent more than a decade with Mazars' Global Infrastructure Finance team, specialising in financial modelling, model audit, advisory and valuation services for major infrastructure investors and asset managers.

Sonali holds an MBA in Finance and she brings a unique combination of modelling, valuation and audit expertise to support clients in delivering robust, commercially focused infrastructure and energy investments.
