Tanya Dhameja

Tanya has experience in project finance, investment evaluation and M&A advisory across the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. Her expertise includes financial modelling, transaction due diligence and policy incentive analysis, alongside experience in IFRS/Ind-AS advisory.

Prior to joining Amberside Advisors, Tanya worked as a Commercial Manager at Two Point O capital, where she looked after investment and commercial due diligence for Cooling-as-a-Service (CaaS) and Water-as-a-Service (WaaS) transactions. She also held roles at the Reliance Industries Limited as a Finance Business Partner in the CFO Office, with responsibility for structuring and evaluating investment proposals in the Compressed Biogas (CBG) sector across multi-state renewable energy projects, as well as at Deloitte as an Assistant Manager.

Tanya holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai and is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
