Sonali Mittal Dadu joins Amberside Advisors

Amberside Advisors is pleased to welcome Sonali Mittal Dadu as a Senior Manager in our Financial Modelling team.

Sonali brings more than 15 years of experience in financial modelling, infrastructure finance and investment analysis, with particular expertise across PPP/PFI, renewables and broader infrastructure sectors. Throughout her career, she has supported investors, lenders and operators on complex modelling assignments, including investment decisions, refinancings, restructurings and asset valuations across global markets.

She has held a number of senior leadership roles across the infrastructure and energy sectors. Most recently, Sonali was Head of Financial Modelling at UPP, having previously served as Associate Director at Jinko Power. Prior to this, she spent more than a decade with Mazars' Global Infrastructure Finance team, where she specialised in financial modelling, model audit, advisory and valuation services for major infrastructure investors and asset managers.

At Amberside Advisors, Sonali will join our Financial Modelling team, supporting clients across the infrastructure, energy transition and renewable energy sectors with financial modelling, strategic advisory and investment analysis.
