Three new graduate consultants join Amberside Advisors
We are delighted to welcome our new graduate consultants to Amberside Advisors. Dia Sidhu, Leon Smith and Lola Zhang have recently joined the business as Consultants as part of Steer Group's 2026 Graduate Programme and will support colleagues across financial modelling, transaction advisory and commercial advisory assignments while developing their professional and technical skills.
Meet our new team members:
Dia Sidhu
Dia recently completed a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Management at Henley Business School, University of Reading, including a placement with GE Vernova's Gas Power business. During her placement, she gained experience across financial reporting, planning and analysis, business operations and performance reporting, supporting teams across a range of operational and commercial functions. Through her degree, Dia has also gained exemptions towards the CIMA qualification.

After completing my degree and placement experience, I'm excited to continue developing my technical and analytical skills, contribute to client projects and gain a deeper understanding of the infrastructure and energy transition sectors."
Leon Smith
Leon joins Amberside Advisors after completing a BSc in Banking and Finance at the University of Leeds, including a year abroad at Ritsumeikan University in Kyoto, Japan. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in international financial advisory at Skybound Wealth and gained additional experience through placements with Citi, HSBC and Deloitte. Leon is also working towards the CIMA qualification as part of his professional development.

Lola Zhang
Lola joins Amberside Advisors with experience across investment banking, private equity and financial analysis. She holds an MSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), a BSc in Accounting for Business Management from Aston University and is currently completing the ACCA qualification. Prior to joining Amberside Advisors, she gained experience with organisations including Natixis, Astorg and HSBC, supporting transaction execution, company analysis and financial modelling activities.
"I was attracted to Amberside Advisors because of the opportunity to apply my finance background across a wide variety of infrastructure and energy transition projects. The chance to work alongside experienced colleagues and gain exposure to both financial modelling and transaction advisory was particularly appealing. I'm looking forward to developing my technical skills, contributing to live projects and building a strong foundation for my career in advisory."
