Amberside Advisors strengthens transaction advisory offering with appointment of Alex Kostash
Amberside Advisors is pleased to welcome Alex Kostash as a Director, based in our London office.
Alex brings more than 20 years of experience in project and corporate finance across the energy transition, infrastructure and natural resources sectors. Throughout his career, he has advised developers, investors, corporates and lenders on complex debt financings and transactions, with expertise spanning project finance, debt structuring, due diligence, negotiations and transaction execution.
Most recently, Alex was a Director in Mizuho's Energy Transition & Advisory team, where he focused on advising on and arranging financing for energy and infrastructure projects. Prior to this, Alex held senior positions at UniCredit and Crédit Agricole CIB, where he originated and executed project finance debt and advisory mandates across the energy, infrastructure and natural resources sectors. He also held roles at Deutsche Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). His experience spans a broad range of debt products, including project finance, acquisition finance, export credit agency financing and sustainability-linked lending.
At Amberside Advisors, Alex will support clients with financing strategy, debt raising and transaction execution. His experience in structuring and closing financings strengthens the firm's transaction advisory capabilities and plays a key role in securing funding and delivering major capital projects.
